it's national creative day as well as national mint julep day so we are celebrating both for whimsical wednesday! being creative covers just about everything and anything so have at it. maybe you'll just be creative with making a mint julep! share your activities with the whimsey project.
my plan is to work a craft area re-do. that will take creative re-organization. there'll be mint julep sipping on the porch afterward. to those who don't know about mint juleps, they are simple to make and just as enjoyable spirit-less as with. a mint julep consists of sugar, water, spirits if desired and a sprig of mint. make a simple syrup (water and sugar boiled together). pour over ice, add crushed mint sprigs. no fresh mint? have mint tea? make mint tea!

Deletethe creative craft area re-organization went well. by the time i was finished, however, there was no energy for making a mint julep and it was too hot to sit on the porch. future whimsical activities to look forward to!
