get ready.....

temperatures have been in the 40s through 60s the last few days, melting the ice and snow;  most of the earth  once again revealed.  at first glance, it seems to be completely gone.  my favorite part of the signs of winter disappearing is the unexpected patches of ice or snow still hiding!  this whimsical wednesday, take a walk and note all the ice or snow that continues to linger amid the emerging green of the coming spring.  enjoy!

    I noticed this morning our 10 feet of snow in the back yard was reduced to about 7 feet! I'm hoping by wednesday it will be down to 3 or 4 feet!
