ReplyDeleteneat--Nashville has an awesome program---young men are mentored by adults--they are given a new necktie and taught how to tie it, also includes classes on how to conduct themselves at interviews and how to take pride in themselves. I don't remember the name of the program, but it is spreading across the country.
