  4. 29 titles came up but I'm not sure any of them actually have the name, Kathy, as the title character. The google search went to Catherine. I didn't look at each book to double check. However, one book on the list popped a memory for me. I know I read this book as a child and loved it because the title character was names Cathy. Not the same but similar.
