get ready......

ICE CREAM muffins for whimsical wednesday!

here is the recipe:

1 cup softened ice cream
1 cup self-rising flour*

*make your own self-rising flour:
mix together:
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

mix together the ice cream and flour

spoon into a greased 6 cup muffin pan

bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
