solitude sunday

solitude sunday at the whimsey project. our day to spend time with a book. i began reading one book this morning then decided otherwise. it was yet again another memoir when i thought it was something else. i will read it but, after a series of such books, i need a shift in what to read and think about. thus, i started shady characters by keith houston. mr houston writes about punctuation, symbols and other typographical marks we use when we construct prose.
