solitude sunday

we spend time with a book on solitude sunday. i am reading shady characters: the secret life of punctuation, symbols and other typographical marks by keith houston.  the chapter just completed detailed the history of the interrobang; the punctuation mark that combines the question mark and the exclamation mark.
