shady characters: the secret life of punctuation, symbols and other typographical marks by keith houston. the chapter just completed detailed the history of the interrobang; the punctuation mark that combines the question mark and the exclamation mark.
I had to look that one up.

yes! it can't be typed (why is explained in the chapter) but it can be hand written.
