whimsical wednesday
on this date in 1952, queen elizabeth II, ascended to the throne of the united kingdom. in honor of her we will be ascending our own thrones for whimsical wednesday in order to be queen (or king) for a day. celebrate by doing something that is out of the ordinary; something that will make you feel special. or do nothing at all because you already feel special enough! report your royal activities to the whimsey project!

lunch with friends, including dessert! no work at all, hot dr pepper in the late afternoon. unexpected snowfall. it was a great "queen for a day" whimsical wednesday for me!
